Artist Statement

Quest the Legend is an Urban Contemporary visual artist from the Southside of Chicago. With a deep passion for cartoons and animation since as far back as he could remember, he analyzed everything about the genre to create a style that's familiar but original at the same time. He focuses on creating characters and scenarios that show honest emotions through obscure techniques and styles. By using various  ranges of bright colors, he create a contrast for his tales of love, pain, depression, and triumphs. After a short career in graphic design, Quest decided to refocus and utilize his skills of illustration, photography, branding, and visual  problem solving to grow and fine tune his visual art career. Through years of experience and growth, he has slowly form an identity in the field.
